Hmm, how do you define yourself in a few paragraphs?

Having been born to 'hippy' parents in a commune, I grew up in a little village out in the west country (that's in England!) amongst the sheep - almost literally (I'm sure more of that will appear in a later blog entry)! I've just starting working at HTB on the AIC project (the restoration and redevelopment of St Paul's Onslow Square) which is very cool.  It's a bit of a departure from my previous 5 years of fundraising, but definitely the right move!

I've also fairly recently become a pastorate leader at HTB.  Funny how God gets you doing stuff you never thought you'd do, but it's been great so far!

Going to HTB has been such a blessing; from doing the Alpha course back in 2002, which helped to get me back in touch with God, up to today when my faith seems to be growing more and more, and I'm still learning day by day just how amazing Jesus is and what an inspiration He is.

Life is pretty busy most of the time, but one of the things I love doing most is spending really quality time with friends, maybe over a glass of wine, enjoying some live music on a sunny summer's evening - hmm!

And what does the future bring?  I would love to travel more, and one of my dreams is to end up spending a reasonable amount of time in Brazil working with street children, but all in God's wonderful timing!
