Note: i actually think this is too harsh, having quoted it, i don't agree with it universally, but it made me chuckle with meloncholy - there are some churches doing 'church', or trying to do it as Christ intended... but if we are honest, the above quote would tap into what a lot of people feel about 'Christendom' or 'Religion'... or am i wrong!?

you wrong?  oh michael, of course that is not possible. 

also made me chuckle - and think of the session of repentance on behalf of the church that pete led us in at the prayer weekend.  i liked what he said - that even if we think we are the good guys, the good part of the church, we are still part of the problem.  because we are still part of the body.  i thought there was such power in that...

Of course it stinks. It's full of incense (in the form of prayer in htb's case).
