Human Doing

A track about an everyday story of love, addiction and superficiality (set in D major)!!

Think driving rhythm, played on a six string acoustic.....

Human Doing

Driving home from your place, late last night,
I couldn’t see the road ahead.
I wondered if you saw

Prophet At Work

And lo, the Prophet Margin rose early that morning. After a truly scrumptious bowl of cornflakes, and a cup of coffee, he put a worship CD on his ridiculous hifi, fired up his laptop, and started once more to write the book of Margin.

And the Lord grinned mightily.

And behold, Margin was one smiling happy prophet.....

Fog

Winter. Fog: Thick white fog while driving home last night. I live in the middle of nowhere - well hey, I am a prophet - I'm just trying to get with the programme here! So I drove through dark country lanes, blanketed in frost and thick fog. It was quite fun, except that at times, I could barely see three yards beyond the hood, of the Prophet Mobile. I had to follow the white lines in the center of the road - and often I could only make out the next one or two.

3.00 am Worship

So I couldn't sleep!

Had a great time talking to God and finally gave up on the idea of sleep altogether. The really nice thing about having no neighbours is that I can put Hillsong CD's on, at volume, at 3.00 am!

Hillsong United: From The Inside Out and Be Lifted Up. You gotta admire the drumming. I wonder if that dude knows how much like Ia

No Hand Baggage Beyond This Point.

It is not just the airport security staff who take an interest in the baggage that we are carrying. I believe that our Heavenly Father is also interested in the baggage that we carry through life. The word baggage is often used as a synonym for issues, hang-ups, or fixed ways of thinking that are past their sell-by date.

You may want to look at your own life, and patterns of living, and ask yourself a few routine security questions at this point: Is this your baggage? Did you pack it yourself? Does it contain your ‘issues,’ or someone else’s? Are you carrying anything for anyone else?
