I just have a small request. If you are planning on learning to ski or taking lessons this year, please think about starting a fitness programme soon!! Your instructors will appreciate it.

Once i know i'll post my trips, so you can avoid me! Not all the horror stories are true. Yes, I did take an advanced lesson off piste through a mogul field on their first afternoon, and yes they did all fall over. But it was character building!
FYI: The guy in the picture is doing a Javelin turn. It's an exercise designed to help keep you hips square down the mountain (fall line). As you turn lift up the inside ski. As you cross the fall line point the tip of the lifted ski down the mountain (crossing over the downhill ski). As you complete the turn bring the skis back parallel and begin the next turn.
