It's been over a month and a half since I last blogged.  During this time I have been putting both my social life and my work above my blog - and have both neglected my own blog and that of my friends.  Even as I confess now I know that my behaviour will not change.  After a brief reprieve tonight - I'm going to go straight back to working like a maniac and spending any of my precious spare time with my friends rather than at a computer.  However there is light at the end of the tunnel - there will come a day - the 24th of November to be precise - when my conference will be over and I will regain control of my life.  At this time I will once again join the world of the living - and be able to add sarcastic and completely useless comments to the blogs of those near and dear to me.  Until this time I will live in the shame of my actions.  For thine is the Kingdom, the power and the glory, forever and ever.
