I was too livid to write more. At the risk of another top 5 reasons....

They took 6 weeks to hook us up (see previous blog about how other first world countries -  i.e. HK - can do this in hours), weve had repeated outages over the 5 months weve had them and I called (when I eventually found the number - they like you to use the web but after repeat subbmissions on their 'customer service' webform and no reply I finally dug around for a phone number) to disconnect (which I have to pay 70 pounds for) back in early Jan only to recive another bill this month charging me for Feb. It takes them 6 weeks to disconnect and they charge you in the meantime!

They are rubbish.
