It Rained So Heavily Noah Would've Got His Toolkit Out!

So we drove down to Cornwall to visit the bro and go to Eden for the gig.

The thing about Cornwall is that no matter where you start, unless you're already there, it is a long way away! When we moved to Bristol I said to the bro.. 'good news we're moving to the South West.' 'Great', he replied, 'where?' 'Bristol' I replied. 'Bristol, that's not the South West, that's the midlands!'

Anyway we get there and it's raining. I mean really really raining.

Anyway, a good raincoat a few beers in you and PG on stage and pretty soon you forget that there's a guy building an ark in the next field!

Peter Gabriel was good. Without the rain it would have been fab, but the rain made it good.

Family Snapshot

Eden Ale, very nice.
Apple and Pork pasty with chips, go on have one!

Disappointments
Why o why, do the encore times three thing! Hey you've not sung Solsbury Hill, Sledgehammer or In Your Eyes yet... will you be back- you bet!

And why oh why must you stick to the running order ALL the time. Not just you Peter but all pop stars. It was wet we were cold, why not say to the band, lets do Sledgehammer early on, get them going etc...

On another note, the more I see of Eden the more impressed I am. The church could learn so much from these guys.
