Once a fortnight Nicky and Sila Lee get together with David and Sarah Abell, Josh Smith and others to discuss issues to do with relating whether with friends, work colleagues, neighbours, flatmates, family or a significant other. Each edition is styled a bit like a radio show with guest interviews, reports, topical reviews, discussion, the odd bad joke and lots lots more.
