I think that most things which worry us could fit into this whether it is relationships, money, jobs, social life (and many more). I truly believe though they are not worthy of making us feel down. If you look back a year and think what worried you then, the same thing probably doesn't worry you now. Therefore, the things that get us down now surely aren't worthy of our stress levels as they'll be forgotten about soon enough.

This might look like the Caribbean but this is none other than Bournemouth. Good road trip. Here's to many more next year
