I had the nicest surprise on Saturday. After deciding on friday after a rather hectic and increadibly emotional week, that i would have a nice chilled weekend fulled with nothing but relaxing Julie "Down Time", my rubber arm was twisted in about 0.5 seconds to go to the Killers concert. After joking around with my housemate that i might have to mug her for her tickets she popped into my room to see if I wanted to take 2 extra tickets that miraculously turned up?? So afetr about 10 minutes of screaming, jumping up and down and screaming more, then much hugging and maybe a small tear I said YES!!!

So one quick phone call to re-arange a movie date, and we really had such an awsome time. The concert was amazing! The Killers are such brilliant performers, and while our seats were a little far back, they were well worth the cash! The music (of course the Killers dont sing anything bad, the lighting and the energised crowd made it one of my top 3 concert i've been to in the last few months! (And we've done more than a few.)

They provided us with some much needed fun, horrible off-tune singing (from me) and tons of jumping up and down...(also from me:) 

After an increadibly sad week of saying goodbye to 2 very special people, it was a fantastic way for some much needed smile!!! (much better than our original plan to see Blood Diamond)
