I tivo'd the Oscars last night since I was at church running lyrics for our college ministry.  I made it through in under 45 minutes...

here's the highlights:

-Martin Scorsese finally wins an Oscar for the Departed, an incredible movie (make sure you watch it with someone you can hug afterwards- you're going to need it... not exactly the most encouraging film)
