welcome frog! u might just want to check your links, i think the lilypad one has got www.aboutlife.com/ at in front of the actual URL.do ask Al or let me know if you need a hand - think it'll be quite easy for you to get to grips with though... the 'my access controls' is where you can add aboutlife users (who have been made your 'friends') to groups to which you can make private or specific posts... ciao, mike
