Some how I have managed to post The Zimmers twice.  I don't know how I did.  There are just two there.  The worse things is, I don't seem able to take one down.  So for now, two will remain!

Yeah, I don't know how to completely delete a post either.  However, if you go into your post and click on 'edit' you should be able to click on who views it, ie. viewable only to yourself, so nobody ever need know about the duplication, apart from me.. shhhhh... mum's the word
