On the one hand, the results that Becky Fischer is having would cause many churches to be envious and to ask why they can't get that result with adults let alone children. On the other, it begs the question, what are we placing on our children and why.

There are many analogies that we can draw when talking about foundations. If a building doesn’t have good foundations, for example, a building won’t be safe or stand for very long. The reverse is also true. A building with strong foundations is a strong building. Are you uncomfortable yet?

Stop the Traffik All too often it is too easy to close your eyes to the injustice and inequalities of society because of the perceived progresses society has made. This month’s commemorations of the bicentenary of the slave trade is bringing this home in ways that can not be clearer. The massive trade in lives from Guinea, the Congo, Angola and other parts of West Africa to America and the United Kingdom were important for the economic development of the United States, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, nearly all of the West Indies, Venezuela.
