And then I hit on this guy's awesome response:
I don't make much of arguing with people who are in conflict with the church or God. I seem to remember reading that Jesus said we'll be His witnesses, not His apologists. There's so much to figure out in regard to that...


And I think even manaftergod33's passion is a kind of a witness here.


Another thought: At least the fact that critical people are giving any attention to bible-issues seems to indicate that they're turning it over in their minds. If the gospel is such a stumbling block, maybe they'll bang a knee so hard one day that they won't be able to deny it anymore...
