I have been meaning to write this entry for a while as for some reason this has been on my mind and it won't stop nagging away until I have written it down.

What makes a good alpha helper? I am not exactly sure (and that is a topic for another blog and maybe someone else) but having lead a number of alpha groups I need to take a break from doing alpha at HTB due to a number of factors - work and the need to recharge my batteries being amongst them. So I thought that I would take this chance to say thank you to all those who have been my helpers over the last 5 years or so. So in no particular order here goes:

You guys have been great. Some of the names mentioned have gone on to lead alpha groups since helping in my group and some of the names mentioned will make superb leaders in the very near future.


And to those I have co-lead a group with - Ben, Carolyn, Jill, Sarah, Hazel, Dan - thanks for being such great co-leaders.

I look forward to coming back fully re-charged and doing alpha again sometime soon.
