Logging on for the first time in weeks, it made me chuckle that AL has been out of order, because it's exactly how I'm feeling at the moment.

So having put an offer in on an empty-chain-free-house in April,

It's been great over the past few weeks to see a flurry of activity on here, and it's got me thinking about the community.
