"Age snapped" Challenging notions of 'old age'

With only 0.44% of men in the US reaching the age of 90, Herb Allen who is 95 is exceptional. Not only is Herb Allan 95 years old, but he is also both physically and mentally fit and active. He has been active his entire life and continues to engage in intellectually stimulating activities. He attributes his health to clean and healthy living having eaten fresh natural foods for most of his life and also exercising regularly.

The prayer and worship foundation

The prayer and worship foundation
Joy upon joy as we witnessed the union, the marriage or at least a betrothal, or so many kindly mused at the 7am tuesday prayer meeting, between prayer and worship. Lakeland Congregation

Lakeland Congregation
Why must the voice of the "lead worshipper" fill the sanctuary 80% of the time and the congregation 5%? (music and silence 15%?) Is not their job ideally to empower the saints and do themselves out of a job ... umm ... and put that microphone down  ....  especially when shouting? Now just in case someone starts to get upset I am not having a go at our brothers and sisters musicians out in Lakeland but just asking a question about dynamics.

Heaven

Heaven
Do you see a heaven up above
A place where there is no hatred only love
Do you imagine angels in the blue
If it too far from you, can it be true
